At six months pregnant, Janet DeMarco is preparing to give birth to her second son.

But she won't check into the hospital, hook up to an IV or receive an epidural when she goes into labor.

Instead, DeMarco will head to a dimly lit suite and a warm bathtub at Cape Coral's Baby Love Birth Center.
